The activity commenced at 2:00 PM with a brief introduction to its objectives, guidelines, and fundamental concepts of integrated digital marketing. Students were introduced to the importance of coordinating different digital channels, such as social media marketing, content marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing, influencer marketing, websites, and paid advertising, to communicate a consistent brand message and achieve measurable business outcomes.

A total of six teams, with two members in each team, actively participated in the activity. Each team selected a brand, product, service, or business problem and developed an integrated digital marketing strategy. The participants explained how different digital channels could be combined to support various stages of the customer journey, including awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention.

The teams used real-life examples, case studies, campaign comparisons, and creative demonstrations to present their ideas. They also discussed relevant performance indicators, such as reach, engagement, website traffic, lead generation, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment. Constructive feedback was provided by faculty members and evaluators to help students strengthen their marketing strategies and presentation skills.

The activity was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Azad Singh, Dean, who appreciated the students’ creativity, strategic thinking, and practical understanding of digital marketing. He encouraged the participants to continue exploring emerging digital platforms and develop innovative, customer-focused, and data-driven marketing strategies.

The activity successfully provided students with a practical learning experience in planning and presenting integrated digital marketing campaigns. It helped them understand the importance of maintaining consistency across digital channels and connecting marketing activities with customer needs and organizational objectives. The activity also enhanced their knowledge of campaign measurement, customer engagement, brand communication, and the strategic use of digital platforms for business growth.

The activity concluded with the announcement of the winners, with two teams securing the first and second positions based on their overall performance.
