The objective of the session was to provide students with practical knowledge and industry-oriented insights into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technological advancements in management. The session aimed to create awareness among students about the growing role of AI in education, business operations, placements, customer service, and everyday life. It also focused on helping students understand how technology-driven skills, machine learning, and digital tools are transforming the corporate world and shaping future career opportunities.
More than 55 students from various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, including BBA, B.Com, and MBA, actively participated in the session. Additionally, over 75 students had registered for the programme.
The Maharishi School of Business Management, Maharishi University of Information Technology, in collaboration with All India Management Association, successfully organized a session on “AI & Technology Advancement in Management” on 14 May 2026 at Room No. F-106, MSoBM, MUIT Noida.
The session commenced with the felicitation of the distinguished resource persons, Ekta Nayyar and Dr. Ritesh Saxena, by Dean, MSoBM, Dr. Azad Singh. While welcoming the speakers, Dr. Azad Singh highlighted the increasing importance of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies in today’s dynamic business environment.
During the session, the speakers explained the expanding role of AI across various sectors such as education, banking, healthcare, marketing, human resources, and customer service. They emphasized that technology is designed to support and enhance human efficiency rather than replace human beings. The discussion also highlighted how students are already using AI in academics, placements, research activities, and daily life. Students were made aware of the growing corporate expectations regarding digital competence, communication skills, adaptability, and analytical thinking.
Prof. (Dr.) Ritesh Saxena elaborated on important concepts such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Expert Systems, and data-driven technologies. The speakers also introduced students to practical AI tools and applications, including source-grounded systems, instant content generation tools, video creation platforms, mind-mapping applications, intelligent chat interfaces, and the use of NotebookLM for learning and research purposes. They encouraged students to continuously upgrade their technological skills and actively participate in practical training programmes, workshops, and certification courses to remain competitive in the evolving corporate landscape.
The interactive session included engaging discussions, practical demonstrations, and student queries, making the programme highly informative, engaging, and career-oriented. The session concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks delivered by Dean, Dr. Azad Singh, who expressed his sincere gratitude to the speakers, faculty members, organizers, and students for their active participation and valuable contribution to the success of the event.
The session on “AI & Technology Advancement in Management” concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation and active interaction from the students. The programme provided valuable insights into Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, digital transformation, and the growing role of technology in modern management practices.
Overall, the session proved to be highly informative, insightful, and beneficial for the students. It motivated them to enhance their technological knowledge, professional competencies, and employability skills to meet the evolving demands of the corporate world.
