Objective of the Event:
To provide students with valuable knowledge about the mantra for success through learning from the Mahabharata.

The Maharishi Industry Relations Cell (MIRC), in collaboration with the Maharishi School of Business Management (SoBM), organized a workshop on “Learning Management from Mahabharata” presented by Mr. Debasis Satpathy. The workshop was held on 19th March 2026 in the Meditation Hall, Maharishi School of Science of Consciousness (MSoSoC), Noida Campus, and was attended by MBA 1st & 2nd year and BBA 3rd year students.

The workshop was anchored by Ms. Shreya and Ms. Riya from BBA 1st year, who warmly welcomed all the students and faculty members. They also introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Debasis Satpathy (Chief GM HR, NBCC). The guest was felicitated by Dr. Azad Singh (Dean, SoBM) and Mr. Vijay Biswas (Head – Training & Placement, MIRC).

During the workshop, the speaker articulated important life and management lessons from the Mahabharata. He discussed three key principles for achieving success:

1. Stepping out of the comfort zone
2. Developing Emotional Intelligence (EI)
3. Practicing positive behaviour such as being grateful and thankful

The workshop aimed to motivate students to refocus on their career goals, success, and happiness. The session was highly engaging, and everyone present in the hall enjoyed and benefited from the discussion.
