The Maharishi School of Business Management, Noida, organized an academic activity titled “Resume & LinkedIn Clinic” on 23rd March 2026 at the MUIT Noida Campus.
The session commenced with an insightful lecture on LaTeX-format CV building, delivered by Dr. Azad Singh (Dean, MSoBM). The lecture introduced students to modern CV designing techniques using AI-powered tools such as Claude.ai and the Overleaf application, enabling them to create structured, professional, and industry-standard resumes.
The activity was divided into two major segments.
The first segment was the Resume Review Round, where participants received detailed and constructive feedback on key components of their resumes, including career objectives, role clarity, skill representation, and value proposition. This hands-on review helped students identify gaps and improve the overall quality and impact of their resumes.
The second segment focused on LinkedIn content creation, where participants were tasked with developing professional posts on relevant HR themes. Students worked on topics such as recruitment trends, employee engagement, and workplace ethics. Emphasis was placed on creating insightful and engaging content, demonstrating strategic thinking, and using an effective combination of popular and niche hashtags to enhance visibility and networking reach.
The session was highly interactive and practical, encouraging students to apply their learning instantly. Faculty members actively guided participants, offering valuable insights and personalized suggestions to improve both resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
The activity proved to be highly beneficial in enhancing students’ job readiness and professional confidence. It provided a platform for experiential learning, enabling students to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.
