OBJECTIVE AND DESCRIPTION

Diploma of Pharmacy (D. Pharm) is a two-year program in which student gain knowledge through theoretical and practical sessions. 
During two years course, student study about the drugs, trained about the methods of preparation of drugs, their ingredients, their therapeutic effects and their dispensing. Curriculum will help the students   to hone their knowledge and skills in the area of pharmaceutical care services which will certainly redefine the roles of the D.Pharm qualified pharmacist in both community and hospital settings, apart from this students get exposure of field, hospital and industrial visit which will provide insights about the primary and preventive healthcare concepts in the country and define the potential roles of pharmacists in healthcare segments. Anyone who is keen to become a pharmacist, it is mandatory for them to undertake this course so that they have thorough and in-depth knowledge of the science of the medicine.
